She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Carl Hays and Bertie Dromgoole Hays; her son Dorman Neal; her husband Dorman Edgar; and her siblings, Wilber, Hershel, Richard and Mary Gann.
She is survived by: her children, Nina Elaine and Carl (Debra Coppage); her daughter-in-law Vickie (Bill Fowler); her sister Carol Baldwin; her sister-in-law Clio Coppage; her grandchildren, Christopher Fugitt, Chandra Irving, Darrin, Annette Fugitt, Aubrey and Shane Hampton; her great grandchildren, Paige Mashtare, Alena Fugitt, Chase Hampton, Hunter Fugitt, Darrin Fugitt, Grace Hampton and Genevieve Fugitt; and her great great grandchild Siena Mashtare. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
