She was predeceased by: her parents, John Franklin and Roxie Ellen Hayes (Willis); her son Vincel Simmons, II; her son-in-law Frank Fuller, I; her grandparents, Effie Hayes, Jim and Mary Willis; and her siblings, Richard Willis, Albert Willis, Ralph Willis, Wesley Willis, Jimmy Willis, Ed Willis, Johnny Willis, Wayne Willis, Celia Jordan, Maxine Dick, Mary Lehman, Ruth Rabon and Louise Willis.
She is survived by: her spouse Vincel D. Simmons; her children, David Simmons of Hughesville, MO, Barbara Simmons of Tipton, MO, Beverly Fuller of Diamond, MO and Tina Simmons of Tipton, MO; and her siblings, Beth Jenkins of Russellville, MO and Bob Willis of St. Charles, MO. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and 32 great-grandchildren.
