He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Marcum and Agnes Pearl Marcum (Reith); his wife Roberta Mae Mabry; and his brother Jim Marcum. He is survived by: his children, Ray Marcum, Jr. (Deena) of Hughesville and Shelly Pettis (Bruce Raney) of Hughesville; his siblings, George Marcum (Debbie) of Sedalia and Jewell Brown (Charles) of Beaman; his grandchildren, Casey Vogelsmeier, Sam Pettis, Chris Marcum and Dillon Pettis; his great grandchild Knox Vogelsmeier; and his stepchildren, Martie Kearney, Donnie Goodman, Mark Goodman, Randy Goodman, Debbie McCall and Kim Snapp. He is also survived by 12 step-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions to American Diabetes Association or Wounded Warrior Project in care of Heckart Funeral Home.
