He was predeceased by: his parents, George Rothganger and Margaret Rothganger (Mittenburg); his wife Linda Kay Spears; and his brother Charles E. Rothganger. He is survived by: his children, Michael E. Rothganger (Brandy Johnston) of Sedalia and Julie Pflughaupt of Hughesville; his siblings-in-law, Kay Rothganger of Weston and Richard Spears of Independence; and his grandchildren, Chase Rothganger of Sedalia and Sofi Rothganger of Sedalia.
