It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dean C. Vannoy of Hughesville, Missouri, born in Sedalia, Missouri, who passed away on March 20, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Abija and Evelyn Mae Vannoy (Upton); and his brother Dale Lee Vannoy. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kay Berry; his daughters, Erin Teeter (Shannon) of Wichita, KS and Rena Lawrence (Bryan) of Fort Worth, TX; his brother E. Harold Vannoy (Anna Lee) of Rochester Hills, MI; his grandchildren, Lauren Roland (Christian), Brienne Sosa (Jonny), Aidan Teeter and Evan Lawrence; and his great grandchildren, Khalea Roland and Noémi Sosa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to Wichita Children's Home or American Cancer Society in care of Heckart Funeral Home.
