He is survived by: his son Terry W. Coffelt (Patti) of Columbia; his wife Helen; his son Ted Coffelt Jr. of Houstonia; his daughter-in-law Janice Coffelt of Russellville; his grandchildren, Allison K. Coffelt (Salt) of Columbia and Scott L. Coffelt of Columbia; and his sister Bernadean Mitchell of Houstonia.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Rangeline Presbyterian Church or to the Sedalia School District Foundation Coffelt Family Scholarship.
