It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma J. Nichols of Houston, Missouri, born in Eunice, Missouri, who passed away on September 8, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Murl Gaston and Neva Gaston (Frampton); her brothers, Earnest "Ernie" Loye Gaston, Charles Junior Gaston and Paul Dean Gaston; and her grandparents, John Martin, Mary Gaston (Lewis), Alpha and Rosa Frampton (Wilcox).
She is survived by: her husband Bill Nichols; her son Brad Nichols (Deneta) of Republic, MO; her grandsons, Cole Nichols of Sparta, MO and Aidan Nichols (Cassandra) of Springfield, MO; her siblings, Lonnie Gaston of Bucyrus, MO, Barbara Longwell of Houston, MO, Kenny Gaston (Debbie) of Licking, MO and Linda Hays of Wichita, KS; and her brother-in-law Scott Nichols of Weeki Wachee, FL. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and lots of friends.
