He is survived by: his parents, Michael Clark and Bridgett Clark (Carnes); his children, Phillip, Vanessa, Illithyia and Renly Clark; his brother Adam Clark; his nephew Kai "Handsome Man" Clark; his grandmother Effie; his former wife Jessica Johnson; and his fiancé Naccona Harrison. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
