He was predeceased by: his parents, William Roy and Norma Troutman (Weppner); and his siblings, Mary Lou Hedspeth and Donald Ray Troutman. He is survived by: his children, Tyson (Stephanie) and Tanya Miller (Donnie); his grandchildren, Trey Miller, Lila Miller and Kaylee Little; his sister-in-law Roxie Sponsler; his wife Linda Nelson; and his children, Stephanie and Donnie.
