He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ralph Lee Lewis and Marie Lewis. He is survived by: his mother Sherry Louann Lewis; his children, Bostyn Lee Meizler and Landree Meizler; his wife Vinita Meizler (Jake); his siblings, Stephen Meizler, Trudee Cantrell (Tanner), Sammi Jo Ellsworth (Robbie Mortensen) and Tyler Romines; his parents-in-law, Ed and Stacey Foote; his sister Faith; his brother-in-law Brian Sullins; and his uncles, Vern Lewis (Lynn), Danny Lewis (Maria) and Mark Meizler (Michelle).
