He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Louis I. Katz, Esther Koplin Katz, Bernice Tockman and Reuben J. Tockman. He is survived by: his parents, Judith E. Katz and Jerold B. Katz; his nieces and nephews, Rachel Katz, Rebecca Katz, Moses Bank, August Bank, Beatrice Bank, Samuel Katz, Alexandra Katz and Roxana Katz; and also, Gerald Tockman and Shirley Kardesch (Milton Kardesch).
