He was predeceased by: his parents, Lena Dosha Neugebauer (Lesley) and Fred Neugebauer; and his brother Freddie Neugebauer. He is survived by: his children, Chris (Lisa) of Eureka, Rodney (Tressie) of Houston and Lisa (Jarrett) of Springfield; and his grandchildren, Kristin of Overland and Kirk.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations to the Boone Creek Cemetery in Irley's memory.
