He was predeceased by: his brother Jim Foster. He is survived by: his wife Margaret L. Foster (Isenhour); his son Steve Foster; his sister-in-law Ann Foster of Houston; his parents, Mary E. McGuire and Jim Foster; his siblings, Gene Foster, Mary Jane Merrell and Ann Foster; his sister-in-law Margaret L. Foster (Isenhour); his wife Steve Foster; and his children, Cindy Neff (Foster), Kathy Reynolds (Foster) and Jim Reynolds. He is also survived by Son-in-law Ed also leaves behind six grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, six nieces, and one nephew.
