He was predeceased by: his parents, Monte Napolean De Vere and Nellie Mae De Vere (Rice); his siblings, Susanna, Raoul, Roma, Robert Jacques, Juanita and Theodore; and his son Gary Raoul.
He is survived by: his children, Jeanette Marie of Virginia and Theodore Ian of Boonville, Missouri; his wife Joyce Nadean of Cabool; and his stepsons, William of Fort Worth, John of Virginia and Robert of Galena, Kansas. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces and 10 grandchildren.
