He was predeceased by: his father Ermel Womack; his grandparents, Evy, Lottie Womack, Ernest and Julia Powell; and his parents-in-law, Edwin and Thela Greear.
He is survived by: his mother Joan Womack (Powell) of Houston, MO; his wife Susan; his sons, Kevin Womack of Springfield, MO and Donald Womack II (Shelly) of Buffalo, MO; his brothers, Lonnie Womack and Keith Womack (Marie); his uncle Jerry Womack; his granddaughters, Allie Lingenfelter (Dustin), Megan Schultz (Richard), Crystal Peryer, Ally Davenport and Jeannie Bartnick; his great grandchildren, Mariah, Olivia Lingenfelter, Connor Peryer, Vanessa, Bentley Wolfe and Liam Schultz; his siblings-in-law, Marjorie Smith (Jim), Cathy Tuttle (Ron), Loeta Killough (Jack), Sharlene Greear, Larry Greear (Judy) and David Greear (Gloria); and his son Donnie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
