He is survived by: his mother Wendie Johnstone; his wife Renee of Houston; his children, David (Briana) of East Troy, WI and Rebekah of Columbia, MO; and his siblings, Ted, Mike, Scott Purvis, Shereen Brennan (Tracy), Joy Carter (Rodney) and Carrie Burch (Glen). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Private Family Graveside: Saturday April 18, 2020 at 11:00 A. M. at Wolford Cemetery, (Due to COVID-19 regulations, a Private Family only Graveside will be held).
