She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Raymond Frey and Gladys Pearl Frey (Maxvill); her husband Harmon Eugene Rice; and her siblings, Raymond Albert Frey, Paul Douglas Frey, Lillian Laveta Frey and Pauline Lucille Frey.
She is survived by: her children, Dallas Rice and Deann Heye (Daniel); her grandson Greg Thompson; and her siblings, Lonnie Frey, Ron Frey, Shirley Bridges and Jeanie Huff. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorials: Number One Cemetery, in lieu of flowers.
