He was predeceased by: his parent Norvin; and his siblings, Sue Hodges, Eldon Stark, Christina Cooper and Marlene Schultz.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Fawn; his sisters, Erma Tyree (Houston) and Sherry Mahurin; his sons, Ray Stark (Melissa), Rolla, Kevin Stark (Teresa) and Houston; his grandchildren, Paige Stark, Nichole Stark, Bryant Hord, Hayley, Andy Edwards, Kyler Stark, Hailey Straite, Danielle, Isaiah Buse, Megan, Brandon Barnes, Jasmine Augenbaugh, Sierra Sinclair, Lilly Walker, Jenna Augenbaugh and Kenneth "Mini" Reynolds; and his great grandchildren, Willow Hord and Ryker Edwards. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
