He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Applegate and Betty Applegate; his sister Joan Cerutti; and his brother-in-law Dan Cerutti. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Ann Applegate; his children, Craig Applegate (Cassi), Anne Adams (Brent), Douglas Applegate, Jenifer Hitschmann (Francis), Teri Cook (Brian) and Brian Applegate; his grandchildren, Kevin Applegate (Nina), Aubrey Adams, Emily Cook, Benjamin Cook and Liam Hitschmann; his great grandchildren, Franklin Applegate and Joseph Applegate; and his nephew Daniel Cerutti. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
