He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Starkey and Joyce Starkey; his wife Juanita Starkey; and his sister Jeannie Hasty. He is survived by: his children, Bill Starkey (Donna) and Ruth Starkey; his grandchildren, Beth Starkey and Rick Starkey (Dawn); his great grandchildren, Felicia, Christopher (Jolee) and Jordan; his great great grandchildren, Mavryk and Brayden; and his siblings, Ralph Starkey (Janice) and Russell (Priscilla). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
