He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Stark and Sara Stark; his daughters, Donna Perkins, Christa Scanlon and Cynthia Miller; his grandson Joshua Scanlon; and his siblings, Katherine Rogers, Robert Stark and Bobby Stark.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie "Betty" Stark; his children, Richard Stark (Karen) of House Springs, LeRoy Stark, Jr. (Barb) of Robertsville, Pam Toth (Ray) of Fenton, Peggy Ochs of Florida and Patti Hayes of Florida; and his siblings, Charles Stark, Betty Stark and Shirley Stark. He is also survived by grandchildren, forty one (41) great-grandchildren.
