He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lowe and Mae Lowe; his son Lonnie Lowe; and his siblings, Arthur Lowe, James Lowe, Francis Lowe, Estella Dunbar and Eleanor Lowe.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lowe of House Springs; his daughter Vicki Wilson (Don); his granddaughters, Michelle Wilson, Melissa Tramel (Derick) and Megan Grossbauer (Jake); and his great grandchildren, Ashley Gallion, Hannah Segasture, Lexi Tramel, Lainey Tramel, Lee Tramel, Madison Grossbauer and Ryleigh Grossbauer. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
