He is survived by: his significant other Donna James; his daughter Terri Fuda of Litchfield; his stepchildren, Kenneth Holke of High Ridge and Tracy Pingleton of Cedar Hill; his grandchildren, Alicia Pingleton, Ashleigh Pingleton and Dylan Fuda; and his siblings, Jean Schreiner (Warren), Ron James (Ann) and Ruth Martinuk (John).
