It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carmel Lee Prater of House Springs, Missouri, born in Salem, Missouri, who passed away on March 17, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Carmel and Lenora Mary Prater. He is survived by: his brother Jerry Prater (Kathy); and his nephews, John Prater and David Prater.
Carmel also had a giving heart; he would donate any chance he would get to his church.
