It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Blanche Wiegand (House Springs, Missouri), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on February 9, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ruddy and Blanche Ruddy; her daughter Roxane Rowane; her sister Joan Smith; and her brothers-in-law, Ed Smith and Royce Wiegand.
She is survived by: her husband John Wiegand; her children, John Wiegand, Jr. of Ste. Genevieve, Stephen Wiegand (Holli) of Spokane and Jeanine Davidson (Brian) of House Springs; and her grandchildren, John Russell Wiegand (Mary Ann) of Belleville, Shawn Wiegand (Jessica) of Florissant, Jeremy Wiegand of Belleville, Trevor Proutka of Florissant, Michael Wiegand of Florissant and Heather Wiegand of Texas.
