She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Jack" and Martha Shelburne; and her brother Bob Shelburne. She is survived by: her husband James Weiche; her daughters, Mardel Skaggs and Dana (Ken); her grandchildren, Jeremiah Skaggs, Kade Phillips and Brittney Phillips; her great grandchild Leah Skaggs; and her brother Dan (Mary).

Family has asked that in lieu of flowers memorial donations be made to The Alzheimer's Association.
