He is survived by: his father Mitchell Cleek; his son Jasper Cleek; his mother Deborah "Debbie" Cleek; his siblings, Ryan Clement, Brittany Cleek and Blake Cleek; his grandmother Cathy Crecelius; and his aunts and uncles, Beth Anspach, Bryan Anspach, Dan Anspach, Kevin Cleek (Teresa), Paul Cleek and Debbie Lefkowitz.
