He was predeceased by: his parent Elfrida Oehmen; and his brother Al Oehmen. He is survived by: his sons, Arthur William Oehmen II and Andrew Wayne Oehmen (Jessica); and his grandchildren, Tiegan Oehmen and Nessa Oehmen. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
