It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Bailey of Hornersville, Missouri, who passed away on February 26, 2025, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Bill Clevenger; his son Christopher Ray Holt; and his brother David Thomas Wilson. He is survived by: his mother Dainta Clevenger; his wife Gene Bailey (Clevenger) of Hornersville; his sons, Jeffery Bailey (Alley) of Hornersville and Bradley Bailey (Chelsea); his sister Mary Sue Strickland of Kennett; his grandchildren, Bethany Covington, Jessica Holt, Janette Holt, Tony Taylor, Tristen Bailey, Dalton Bailey, Bryson Bailey, Preston Bailey, Bella Bailey, Alana Fritzal, Jalaiya Bailey, Bentley Bailey, Parker Coleman and Jena Dogan; and his great grandchildren, Christopher Covington, Oliver Covington and Olivia Covington.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the McDaniel Funeral Service - Kennett (115 South Bypass, Kennett, MO 63857). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
