He was predeceased by: his mother Thelma L. Friend (Suttle); and his brother Jerral Friend. He is survived by: his father Gerald O. Friend; his sons, George Friend and Jerral Friend; his sisters, Beth Miller and Wanda Friend; and his former wife Danielle Friend. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
