It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlie Roush of Hopkins, Missouri, born in Pickering, Missouri, who passed away on July 23, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Roush and Ruby Roush (Riley); and his siblings, Harold Roush (Marie), Vervil Roush (Rosemary), Lorraine Freemyer and LaBerta Palmer (Marvin).
He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Carmichael; his children, Charles Ricky Roush, Darla Thompson (Steve), Deena Poynter (Phil) and Tim Roush (Donna); his grandchildren, Phillip Roush, Jasmine Thompson, Adam Knorr, Trent Thompson, Charisse Craine, Chris Roush, Colin Roush and Cambrian Roush; his great grandchildren, Charlie, Noah, Bennett Roush, Kaydin, Kyler, Chloe Thompson, Julia, Miles, Aidan, Ashton Poynter, Jacie Craine, Robin and Morgan Knorr; his brothers, Lester Roush, Jr. (Marjorie), Edwin Roush (Donna), Jerry Roush (Fern), Leon Roush (Carolyn) and Deon Roush (Jodee); and his brother-in-law Russell Freemyer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials to the Hopkins Christian Church.
