He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jess Belt and Wilma Belt; his wife Rita; his siblings, Roy Belt (Geraldine) and Betty Oxford; his children, Valerie Courtney and Robert "Robbie" Courtney (Tara); his grandchildren, Kristen Courtney, Leela Loucks, Makaly Courtney, Jaycee Courtney, Britney Garnett, Faith Scofield, Tyler Scofield, Chase Courtney and Sara Courtney; his great grandchildren, Trinity, Jackson, Abraham and Julian; his grandchild Numerous; his siblings, Arthur Belt, Wilma Belt and Cora Lemon; his grandson Robbie Courtney; and his great grandchild Roman Scofield. He was also cherished by Numerous Nieces and Nephews.
