He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Clinton Sr. and Emma Lee Hutinger (Willmeno); his brother Gary Hutinger; and his nephew Darin Carel. He is survived by: his wife Deborah of Holts Summit; and his siblings, Bill Hutinger (Mary Lou) of Holts Summit, Ralph Hutinger, Jr. of Holts Summit and Debbie Carel (Dick) of Holts Summit. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Joe Hutinger Memorial Fund to be utilized to assist with Funeral Costs.
