He is survived by: his parent Amy Cook (Keaton); his siblings, Benjamin Cook (Sierra) and Denali Cook; and his grandparents, Lawrence II, Charlene Cook and Rita Sudholt. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends including his church family.
