Monique Sanders Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Monique Sanders of Holt, Missouri, who passed away on March 11, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. André Dedonder and Juliette Dedonder (Smeyers); her husband Glen R. Sanders; and her son Larry Akers, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Brenda Lemke (Rich) of Parkville, MO, Andrea "Miki" Ward (David) of Holt, MO and Christopher Akers of Springfield, IL; her stepchildren, Glenn Sanders (Doris) of Quincy, Cindy Tossick (Bruce) of Quincy, Steve Sanders (Korina) of Marcelline, IL, Julie Entrup (Tim) of Quincy and Andy Sanders (Donna) of Quincy; her daughter-in-law Mary Akers of La Prairie, IL; and her grandchildren, Brad Akers (Sandra), Samantha Akers, Gail Harrison (Ray), Matt Frazier (Jessica), Mark Frazier (Lacy), Lindsey Ward, Brittany Talbert (Ryan), Hailey Hall (Colt), Todd Hendrickson (Jenna) and Marci Akers. She is also survived by eleven step grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and eight step great grandchildren; one brother and nephews.
