She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Ray Allen and Velva Jewell Eilene Ivy (Trussell); her granddaughters, Jennie Williams and Tabitha Cantwell; and her siblings, Robbie Ivy, Jack Ivy Sr. and Dixie Ivy.
She is survived by: her husband Lyndall Johnson; her children, Larry Johnson (Wendy) of Excelsior Springs, Lisa Holder (Stan) of Cameron, Lonnie Johnson of Cameron, Lori Johnson of Cameron and Beverly Cisco of Lee's Summit; her siblings, Carol King of Lathrop and Ray Ivy of Lathrop; her great grandchild Many; and also Jody Cantwell (Lou) of Cameron. She is also survived by Many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
Flowers are appreciated and memorial contributions are suggested to the Masonic Home of Missouri or Polo United Methodist Church in care of the funeral home.
