She is survived by: her father John T.; her sons, Johnny Monroe of Jefferson City, Damien McCarthan of Jefferson City, Quenten McCarthan of Jefferson City and Michael McCarthan of Jefferson City; her siblings, John Whipple Jr. of Iowa, Dwayne Whipple of Connecticut, Diana Whipple of New York and Conswelia MCourt (Livingston-Whipple) of Jefferson City; and her grandchildren, Kiara Renee Monroe and Jemiah Lea Monroe of Jefferson City. She is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews.
