It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dale Lynn Whitten of Holt, Missouri, who passed away on September 4, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Arthur and Willa Marquerite Whitten (Tourney); his stepfather Robert V. White; his siblings, Bonita Siercks and Bill Whitten; and his half-siblings, Donald White and Lucinda White.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Leona Perry; his son Dale Whitten, Jr.; his grandsons, Aaron "Carter" Whitten and Charles "Chaz" Whitten of Kansas City, Missouri; his daughter Tamera Wells (Rodney); his grandchild AnJanet Doehling (Morgan); his children, Eliana, Cael, Parker, Brad S. Wells of Gladstone and Christopher Wells (Lindsay); his grandchildren, Alex Jayne and Paisley of Kansas City; his children, David J. Wells of Gladstone and Rhonda Oakley (Dan); his grandson Matthew Oakley (Lori); his great grandchildren, Kyle, Ava of Parkville and Johnathan Oakley (Stephanie); his sisters, Barbara Kirk, Linda Jason, Cheryl McIntyre and Rebecca Lorance; and also, Noah, Gabe of Holt and Daniel J. Oakley of Kearney, Missouri.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 p. m. Saturday at the church where social distancing will be observed and masks are recommended.
