She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Pennington and Viva Graham Pennington; her husband Spencer Tate; and her stepfather Clyde Youngblood. She is survived by: her children, Gary Tate (Jessica) of Hollister, MO, Linda Ellis (Jesse) of Hollister, MO, Mike Tate of Hollister, MO, Bobby Tate (Vicki) of Owensville, MO, Larry Tate (Mary) of Hollister, MO and Debra McCullough (Lloyd) of Shell Knob, MO; her brother Robert Youngblood of Springfield, MO; and her pet Sissy. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren; 14 great great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home and Crematory (1638 State Hwy 76, Branson, MO 65616). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at the Cedar Valley Cemetery.
