He was predeceased by: his parents, Irwin Balis (I. B.) and Wanda Anna Hill (Pendergraft); his brother Tyrone Keithley; and his stepfather Earl Hackworth. He is survived by: his children, Gabe Hill of Shell Knob, MO and Jessi Sara Hill of Florida; and his siblings, Irwin Brooks Hill of Kansas, Denny Hill of Kansas and Sherry Mabry (Hackworth) of Kansas. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
