He was predeceased by: his father Myron James Curtis (Jim); and his brother Steven Curtis. He is survived by: his mother LoRita Ada Curtis (Roquette) of Nixa, MO; his children, Angie Coy (Matthew) of Sheldon, MO, Emily Grider (Kyle) of Highlandville, MO, Scott Curtis Jr. (Taylor) of Galena, MO and Lacie Curtis (Jamison) of Crane, MO; his siblings, Kevin Curtis of Walnut Shade, MO and Betty Wilson of Springfield, MO; and his pet Miley. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter.
