It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Norman Shields of Hollister, Missouri, born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 30, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald M. Shields and Francis Chan Wilhelm Shields; and his brothers, Donnie and Drew Shields. He is survived by: his wife Paula Shields; his sons, Blair Shields (Mary) of McKinney and Ryan Shields of Diamond; his siblings, Doug (Marcia) of Texas, Kathy Keating of Tulsa and Beth Shields of Dallas, Texas.; and his grandchildren, Emma, Lola, Madison and Irish.
