He was predeceased by: his wife Iona Marie Schledewitz; his sister Ruth Meisner; and his son James Schledewitz. He is survived by: his daughter Pamela Schledewitz; his sister Kathleen Voris; his nephews, Jerald and Gordon; and his niece Barbara.
