She is survived by: her children, Brenda Hornyak (George) of Arlington, Jacque Ferguson of Fairborn, Patricia Simpkins of Hollister, Missouri, Charles Foor (Janet) of Toledo, Curtis Simpkins of Brownsburg and Jon Simpkins of Hollister, Missouri; and her caregiver Terresa Wilburn of Hollister, Missouri. She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
