He is survived by: his parents, Johnny Goolsby Sr. of Arkansas and Monzel Krueger (Costlow) of Hollister, Missouri; his siblings, David Costlow of Missouri, Rachel Sugg of Oklahoma and Angel LeBlanc (Paul) of Hollister, Missouri; and his girlfriend Karyn Crawford of Kansas City, Missouri. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
