He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Elmer Ray, George Storey and June Storey; and his aunt Sarah Storey. He is survived by: his parents, Jonathan Storey and Jennifer Storey (Norris) of Hollister, Missouri; his grandparents, JoAnn Ray of Starkville, Mississippi and Alton Norris of Cary, Mississippi; his sons, Jackson Allen Lee Storey and Preston King Mayfield; and his brothers, Jared Storey of Hollister, Missouri., Eli Storey of Hollister, Missouri. and Jon David Storey of Hollister, Missouri.. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and numerous cousins.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Ethan's memory: "In Memory of Ethan for Jackson Storey" C/O Central Bank.
