He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hood and Georgia Hood (Crider); and his sons, Christopher Wayne Hood and Jeffery Allen Hood. He is survived by: his wife Helen "Glenda" Hood; his son Matthew Hood (Kathy) of Windsor, Missouri; his stepdaughter Helen "Michelle" Bain; and his siblings, Pam Hale (Darrel) of Dixon, Missouri, Michael Hood of Stover, Missouri, JoAnn Bexton (Kenny) of Missouri and Greg Hood (Susan) of Holts Summit, Missouri. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
