He was predeceased by: his father Kevlin Edward Foster, Sr.; and his grandparents, Herbert and Inez Bourgeois. He is survived by: his mother Gloria Marie Bourgeois Silverthorne; his sons, Daniel Foster and David Foster; and his siblings, Judy Hill, Frances Seay and Kevlin Edward Foster, Jr.. He is also survived by four grandchildren. host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
