He is survived by: his sisters, Linda Henries and Faye Kozak of Hollister, Missouri; his nephew Scott; his niece Elyse; his great-nephew Dominic; his great-nieces, Nevah and Julianna; and his pets, Heidi, Luchee and Sophie.
