With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Oscar Leroy Burnett of Holliday, Missouri, born in Hannibal, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 8, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy Burnett and Charlotte Mae Burnett (Brownlee); his wife Mary; his grandson Corey Baker; and his siblings, Bessie Burnett, James Burnett, Urial Burnett, Delores Condict, Timothy Franklin Burnett Jr., Roberta Dooley, Shirley Reed, Wanita Goodin and Edward Burnett.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Kenneth Baker, Carol Yagel and Amy Baker; and his sisters, Bonnie Eads and Carolyn Boyer. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
